Send 2D PDF, DWG or DXF drawings and, where applicable, 3D STEP, STP, IGS or IGES models with requirement details.
Drawing review, DFM analysis and tooling review are part of the engineering process, subject to project requirements.
Core homepage alloys are 6063, 6061, 6005A and 6082. Final selection is subject to engineering review.
Precision cutting, CNC milling, drilling, tapping, slotting, punching, deburring and project-specific secondary machining are supported.
Anodizing, powder coating, sandblasting and brushing are core finishes. Final suitability depends on the project.
Supporting sheet-metal components can be considered where they are required to complete an assembly.
Prototype-to-volume-production support is available with a project-specific manufacturing plan.
