Can you review a profile before tooling?

Drawing review, DFM analysis and tooling review are part of the engineering process, subject to project requirements.

Which aluminum alloys do you commonly work with?

Core homepage alloys are 6063, 6061, 6005A and 6082. Final selection is subject to engineering review.

Can you provide CNC machining after extrusion?

Precision cutting, CNC milling, drilling, tapping, slotting, punching, deburring and project-specific secondary machining are supported.

Which surface finishes are available?
